Our clients were interested in remodeling their entire home through a comprehensive renovation including major alterations. The clients hoped to update all of the home’s interior and exterior to achieve a west indies aesthetic throughout. The existing home was dated and did not satisfy the clients desire for an open, modern west indies style.The clients also wanted more flow between the indoor living room and outdoor living space.
Each bathroom was gutted and remodeled. The kitchen was completely redone with a new footprint, including an addition to the home. The exterior of the home was remodeled entirely, including the outdoor living space. The new backyard features a resort-style pool area, complete with a sun shelf and water feature.
