This home went through an impressive upgrade with a remodel of the first floor. This included the entrance, staircase, living and dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry room.
The clients wanted to create a more open and convenient living area for them to move around comfortably. We removed walls and replaced their carpet for timeless wood slabs that continued throughout the entire layout. We developed a seamless look by rearranging the kitchen with a new island facing the beautiful view of the water. This project was elevated by keeping the main eye-catchers, the stairs and fireplace, and enhancing their uniqueness. The clients loved their new layout and couldn’t wait to bask in the newfound open space.
