This beautiful waterside property was the perfect canvas for a total revamping. The clients wanted their coastal home to have a contemporary wow-factor, while also being fully accessible and that we did. We worked on their garage, elevator, laundry room, master bath, patio and backyard to make this unique home the ideal spot for living and entertaining. The main goal the clients wanted to focus on was trading in their brown wood and warm color palette for a more simple and elegant industrial look, and making the home fully accessible. Accessibility was accomplished. We added black fixtures to compliment the white marble, and overall exceeded the clients’ expectations. This remodel definitely raised the bar for our projects to come.
