The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Tampa Bay hosted its annual Evening of Excellence in February. Various firms from all over the Tampa Bay area, including Strobel Design Build, were recognized for their projects. Our team was recognized for all of our hard work and brought home 8 awards, collecting an award for each of the categories with a project submission. With 8 awards, Strobel Design Build was once again the most awarded design build firm in attendance at NARI.

Additionally, Strobel Design Build President Mark Zdrojewski was recognized as Contractor of the Year (CotY). The Contractor of the Year Award is a prestigious award given to the contractor in Tampa Bay who best exemplifies NARI’s values and delivers quality service and projects time and time again. Since taking over the company from founder Don Strobel, Mark has managed to uphold Strobel Design Build’s strong quality work, service, and reputation as the most awarded remodeling firm in the Tampa Bay Area. Marks’ dedication and commitment to Strobel Design Build is just one of the many reasons he was recognized as Contractor of the Year, and our team could not be more proud.
