Initial Consultation

During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss project goals and budget. This allows us to determine the feasibility of your project. Determining your aesthetic vision and ensuring the right people are put on your team is an important aspect of this initial dialogue.

Sign Design Agreement

The Design Agreement is the start of the collaboration of our interior designers, architects, engineers, construction staff and estimators. All of our resources are at your disposal.

Design Phase

Your Design Consultant will guide the project through Design Meetings with the team. From conceptual meetings, space planning, pre-selections, and so-on, the Design Build process allows you to remain in budget while meeting the aesthetic and functional goals of your home remodeling project.

Precision Estimating

Once the Design Team develops estimating-quality construction plans and a tentative selections/finishes schedule, our estimator will make sure everything is priced-out and a PRECISE fixed-cost estimate is delivered. You'll know EXACTLY what your project will cost!

Sign Construction Contract

Your construction plans, scope of work, and cost estimate will be thoroughly explained before signing the Construction Agreement, which contains all of the hard work of designing and detailing the project.

Pre-Production

You can’t expect seamless project execution without organizing the schedule, vendor coordination, and finalizing selections. You will meet with your entire project team to finalize these details before production.

Construction Phase

It’s time to make your vision a reality! Your Project Manager and Site Superintendent are highly experienced and will continue to work closely with the Design Team throughout the completion of your project. Our cloud-based project management site will keep you in the loop with the project schedule, current budget, project documents, and photos, so you can have peace of mind that you know exactly what is happening with your home remodeling project.

Warranty

Our work isn’t done once the construction is complete. We offer all clients a 2-year warranty with checkups 6-months and 18-months after completion, although warranty requests are welcomed at any time. We have found that having a trained eye checking up on the project ensures that you enjoy your newly remodeled space for years to come!
