Strobel Design Build sustains ongoing engagement with our industry peers. We are active members the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). NARI serves as the voice of the remodeling industry, providing knowledge and training to businesses industry-wide. Don has been an active Board Member with the Tampa Bay chapter of NARI – service in most of their board positions, from President of the Board to Education Chairman. Most notably, in 2009 NARI awarded Don with the prestigious Harold Hammerman Education Award. Mark Zdrojewski, Vice President of Operations, is also on the Board of Directors of NARI and serves as the Chairman of the Education Committee and also serves on the board for Habitat for Humanity.

At project inception, we conduct a face-to-face consult onsite to discuss project goals. This will be followed by our presentation with plans and drawings. During the build stage, clients work with Project Designer, Jason Cathcart to select finishes, fixtures, and design elements. Jason provides clients with a truly unparalleled design experience. Jason is not your typical designer…He provides clients with concierge service. Jason not only works closely with you to determine your style and create 3-D project renderings, but he will visit different vendors to hand-select the most ideal materials, products, finishes and more to achieve your dream space. That means the days of aimlessly meandering through showrooms and feeling overwhelmed! Jason will be by your side every step of the way to ease the decision-making process and even making it fun! To keep you closely in-tune with your project’s status, you can access our cloud-based project management app, BuilderTrend, anywhere. We consistently update your custom project with schedules, documents, and progress photos – You can see the new hardwood floors that were installed yesterday or backsplash installed in the kitchen, from anywhere in the world! We also provide a 2-year warranty upon completion of projects to ensure your utmost satisfaction!
